Basics Personal Training

This course consist of 3 classes and is designed to cover the foundations of constantly varied fitness and basic Olympic lifts. It teaches the athlete how to scale movements and prepares them for a WOD (workout of the day). This is a prerequisite for regular group training class.

Booking Policy

Appointments may be booked starting any time in advance of the appointment and up to 12 hours before the start of the appointment.


Cancellation/No Show Policy: If you cancel within 4 Hours you will be charged $5 unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Cancellation Fee: Late cancellations will be charged fee of $5.00
