Basics Course

  • 3 Attendance Pack

    This course consist of 3 classes and is designed to cover the foundations of constantly varied fitness and basic Olympic lifts. It teaches the athlete how to scale movements and prepares them for a WOD (workout of the day). This is a prerequisite for regular group training class.

ProdigyFit Summer Sizzle Bootcamp

  • 27 Attendance Pack


    • 8 Week Program (May 4th-July 9th)
    • Tuesday and Thursday (5:00am-6:00am) Saturday (6:00am-7:00am)
     This class will improve your overall fitness by coordinating both cardiovascular and strength movements. We want to get you fit, challenge your body and challenge your mind all while building mutually beneficial relationships with teammates that will inspire, encourage and support you on your fitness journey! Your coach will supply a mixture of traditional calisthenics, free weights, body weight exercises and high intensity interval training that will blast fat and sculpt muscle. So what are you waiting for?! We are open to all ages and fitness levels. Exercise modifications are provided throughout the class to support and challenge you as we all work our way to optimal fitness. Be strong today, strong tomorrow but strongest together!

Prodigy Boot Camp and Fat Loss Challenge

    • A beginning and ending InBody Composition scan will be included in the price of the package (Value $100)
    • Scans will only be completed on March 12th and May 2nd unless prior arrangements were made.

ProdigyFit Lite & Fat Loss Challenge

Not only will you be able to attend an unlimited amount of Group Training classes, but you'll receive a beginning and ending Inbody Composition Scan (Retail Value of $100 by itself). ProdigyFit Lite will consist of fundamental movements with an emphasis on moving well with minimal weight. This is the perfect class to get you moving properly and trim unwanted fat! We believe this program works so well that if you lose 15% body fat in the 2 short months you'll receive a $299 credit towards a yearly membership!
    Basically, commit to ProdigyFit Lite for 2 months then its free once the credit takes place! What more can you ask for?
