- Tuesday and Thursday (5:00am-6:00am) Saturday (6:00am-7:00am)
This class will improve your overall fitness by coordinating both cardiovascular and strength movements. We want to get you fit, challenge your body and challenge your mind all while building mutually beneficial relationships with teammates that will inspire, encourage and support you on your fitness journey! Your coach will supply a mixture of traditional calisthenics, free weights, body weight exercises and high intensity interval training that will blast fat and sculpt muscle. So what are you waiting for?! We are open to all ages and fitness levels. Exercise modifications are provided throughout the class to support and challenge you as we all work our way to optimal fitness. Be strong today, strong tomorrow but strongest together!
